the first PRETTY thing we saw yesterday was a waterfall going the speed of a hundred. On the road I saw a sign that said the speed limit was 55. After we saw the speed of 100 waterfall we saw the mossy cave that wasn’t very cool because it was more like a rock with moss on it. Then we hiked back to the car. I think it was .5 miles. Then we drove about 30 minutes I think and stopped at Grand Staircase Visitor Center. After that we drove about an hour to another visitor center. We hiked and went to a few more visitors centers. On one of the hikes there was a river and Zoe and I got to play in it. Then we drove a rocky dirt road to our campsite and set up camp.
We woke up in the morning in a cold tent. We did a 7 mile strenuous hike. It was torturous. After the hot torturous rocky sunny hike we were all relieved to have cold water and sit down. I took a nap, Zoe played on her tablet, my daddy drove, and my mom took a nap. We drove to our hotel, swam in the pool for maybe 20 minutes and then took showers in a shower that had a light up showerhead. It was an amazing two days
Sounds as if you had a great time Ellie. You guys are gaining some really great excercising. I am sure I would not be able to keep up with you. I especially love that you got to play in the river.
