A few days ago I located where in Santa Fe I would get my alfredo from. They only had penne alfredo which would be just as amazing. I sent my dad the address and found out it was only a few blocks from the hotel, it was pretty cheap and they had pizza for ellie because she’s weird and doesn’t like pasta.
Just as we were about to place the order my dad broke the bad news that that restaurant was closed on Tuesdays:(. It was very sad and we went on the google maps hunt for more Italian restaurants in Santa fe. Luckily there was one only half a mile away. The day was saved. We online ordered my fettuccine alfredo and ellie got meatballs and mashed potatoes.
My dad and I walked the half mile out of the city into the next town which has a super cute Italian restaurant. We picked up my much awaited pasta and ellies pint of mashed potatoes.
IT WAS SO GOOD. OMG. The butter, garlic, lemon, and parmesean made everybite 🥰😍🤩😋. also Friends reruns were on so my favorite show and my favorite food made the night perfection.
