My friend, Katie, pointed me in the direction of this website. They sell these darling tee shirts with tutus attached at the bottom for $45. $45!!! They’re cute but not that cute! So, I found simple tee shirts at Target for $3.50 and bought tulle for $1.00 a yard at Jo-Ann Fabrics. 30 minutes later Ellie was wearing a fun new shirt.
