Matching Mayhem

My kids are taking a test today and one of the questions is a matching one. I made the test on a new test creation program that we’re trying out and I couldn’t figure out how to change the number of options from 6 down to 5 so that it would fit on a scantron form. The options looked like this:
a. plate tectonics
b. epicenter
c. Ring of Fire
d. Pangea
e. mid-ocean ridge
f. ignore this choice
I’m sure you can all pick out the wrong answer without even seeing the questions. So far today, though, I’ve had two separate kids ask me how they are supposed to pick choice “f” when their answer sheet only goes up to “e”.
