This was a weekend of more firsts for Ellie. Every few weeks or so we get together with a few other families for a play date and last night as Ellie’s first one. She slept the entire time, but Zoe had a lot of fun being out of the house for a change and playing with her friends.
We also went to the zoo for the first time with Ellie today. Again, she slept the entire time, but Zoe had a good time watching the baboons and playing in the Hamill Family Play Zoo. Fortunately, the weather was a bit more mild than it’s been the past week, so it was quite pleasant to be out and about.
Maybe one of these days Ellie will wake up long enough to catch a glimpse of this world.
