A while back, Zak and I found out that my parents have popcorn night each Thursday and we thought that sounded great, so we started the weekly treat. It’s a great way to begin the end of the week and even more perfect considering we have to eat dinner at 4:45 to get Zoe to swimming on Thursdays. I really look forward to relaxing with a bowl of popcorn, but the most exciting aspect is being able to use the front burner. We always cook on the back burners for Zoe’s safety, so it feels so grown up to use the more convenient front ones. We could go all out and put the burner knobs back on for popcorn night, but that might give us too much of a rush!
