My New Year’s resolution this year was to not knowingly eat any trans fat. I’ve done pretty well, not buying a single grocery item all year with trans fat and trying to me more conscious when out. (Note: Cheese fry pregnancy cravings do not count.) I’ve gone all year without a single doughnut, a favorite in the past. Imagine my excitement when Dunkin Donuts announced today that they are going trans fat free by mid-October.
