Bryce had my entire heart. It is my favorite place on earth. Like the majesticness of it is indescribable. If you have a puzzle or poster or other picture of bryce hanging or displayed in your home it does no justice. Being in Bryce and doing the hike with all the ups and downs (literally not figuratively) was the happiest I’ve been in a long time. It is so beautiful. I legit can not describe it. It was glorious.

We had a way too slow start to the morning and I was so anxiously excited to embark on the hike. I can not fully remember the names of all the different trails and I’m sure my dad will do a justice in that area. I love this hike. It was beautiful. There was some hard parts but overall it wasn’t too bad at all. Each and every corner you turned you would get a different view of the hoodoos, mountains, all the trails you still had to do or were already on it was amazing.

One of my favorite parts. It’s literally impossible yo choose but we took this mile spur up to the top of the canyon from the bottom. We ended up at inspirational point which was amazing but the hike up was even better. It was hard and I loved every second of it. I also really loved the Wall Street portion of the hike. It’s a bunch of switchbacks I think we counted like 20-30 that are super steep but it was over before it really felt like we had done any.

We watched sneaky chipmunks also known as “Golden ground squirrels”. The golden hoodoo were always insight. I want to come here like every day for the rest of my life. If anyone ever wants to go to Bryce and has no one to go with or wants a teenager along side them I happily volunteer myself.

I showered first and while everyone else got cleaned up I went out and sat on a bench by the rim and listened to my book some more.

I’m so sad we are leaving tomorrow but I think Zion will be cool too.
