This morning we got up about 6:00 and were packed with breakfast in hand by 7:00. After eating we hit the road for the five hour drive to Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. Today I entertained myslf by sleeping and finishing my blog post from yesterday. I had a fine time in the car but when we got to Arches it was amazing. The red rocks were just beautiful and I was so eager to get inside the Visitor’s Center to see Ranger Mike. We waited in the line to get to the ranger who got him for us. He got us the permit 🦄 (random unicorn) for the Fiery Furnice and he gave me a present that you will find more about tommorow. After that we got an oil change and went to the grocery store to get cheese and crackers for dinner. We dropped our stuff off at the hotel. Then we started the hike to Delicate Arch. When we got there we snapped our photos so we could settle in to watch the sunset. It was beautiful.
