Today we climbed another Mountain!! We started by waking up at 4:30. It was good when we start it was nice not being in the sun but now I am exhausted. The hike up was fun. We walked in a wash and and saw lizards, birds, and cactus surrounding us. Even now if I look out of my window on the way to dinner I see cactus. The hike up was 5.3 miles and 3.5 hours to go up 1,800 feet to the summit. We didn’t stay at the top long because it was hot and there were many flies. They way down was super steep we took a different trail that was steeper but only 3.2 miles and took us 1.5 hours. After we finished we ate In n Out for the last time. After we spent the whole afternoon swimming and sadly getting way too burnt. After we enjoyed wine hour.
