I just had to have a little chat with Ellie explaining, that although we’re very proud of her for learning how to sit up from the lying position, it is not a good trick to practice at bedtime as it’s not at all conducive to sleeping.

I forgot to mention the most disturbing recipe in the IKEA cookbook.  Svartsoppa.  That’s blood soup!!!  The recipe calls for 400ml of pig or goose blood.  Now WHERE would we find goose blood??  They suggest serving the soup with goose giblets or liver sausage.  Yumm!!  Dinner at the Knott’s!
