I forgot to mention the most disturbing recipe in the IKEA cookbook.  Svartsoppa.  That’s blood soup!!!  The recipe calls for 400ml of pig or goose blood.  Now WHERE would we find goose blood??  They suggest serving the soup with goose giblets or liver sausage.  Yumm!!  Dinner at the Knott’s!
