Arriving in Portland!

Today was a very weird day.

We woke up at 6:30 and checked out. After my dad and another guy complained to the front desk about the management (the other guy had random people walk into his room in the middle of the night and we met him yesterday.) We were on the road.

Our first stop today was Corvallis. There we walked around a little bit. When we were getting back into the car we noticed a little spot called “The Lunch Box” that had $2.00 Biscuits and Gravy. So, we shared 2 of them.

Our second stop of the day was a winery. Ellie and I played Monopoly Deal outside while my parents were inside doing a tasting. After that we sat outside on the terrace and had PBJ&C for lunch. It was georgous outside. There were acres and acres of grapes.

Or next stop was another little town. We strolled around there for a little bit and went into a couple of cute stores.

When we were done we still had an hour to kill so we stopped at another winery. There we sat on the grass and played games. When we left we started heading to Portland.

On the drive to Portland we encountered our first traffic of the trip. We arrived at the Kimpton at 5:09 checked in and went to wine hour.

For dinner we went to a brewery. After dinner we went to the world’s largest used book store where we took many pictures of books we want to read in the future.
