Today although we drove 3 hours and did no hiking or for that matter like anything. We did so much today. Now I will give you a list of things we did in the order we did them with a brief description of each event.
1. Red Bluff farmers market
– We did not get anything here but it was all super cute they had produce, an activity center, and many jewelry stands.
2. Traders Joe’s
– I can not believe it we got traders Joe’s. We grabbed some apples, meat, cheese, crackers, chips, quackamole, salsa, and some brookie.
3. Old Navy
– Zoe and I both needed new hiking pants with hers having a hole and mine being too small. We quickly grabbed some new ones and we’re out.
4. Weaversville
– In Weaversville we had lunch I had the best chicken tenders with fries of my life. The chicken was dipped in waffle batter then cooked with bacon served with a side of maple bbq sauce.
5. Driving windy roads
– Then we drove a solid hour on these super windy roads with a huge cliff off to the side I only felt a little car sick to the point where I had a pillow stuffed in my face so I could not see while sucking on a jolly rancher with my window cracked open.
6. Bigfoot museum
– How do I even discribe this? It was made up a bunch of dioramas of imprints of big foots foot. There were also some modles of him and some locked up drawers with artifacts.
7. Eurika
– Than we went to Eurika. It was a small little town. We went in some clothes shops and bookstores.
8. Hotel
– Next we stopped at our hotel. We our pretty sure that it was painted today. We grabbed some hot cocoa, coffee, and cookies.
9. Beach 1, 2, and 3
– Beach 1 At beach 1 we walked a little trail to the beach. I was the only one to bevbrave putting my toes in here so it was pretty uneventful. – Beach 2 At beach two I begged my mom to put her feet are in the water and she agreed so as soon as she got a little in a saw a wave coming and could not miss this chance. So I had her go just a little farther and a little farther than boom it hit🌜(random moon) we were in the middle of a huge wave in the Pacific ocean. She did not think it was a funny as I did. – Beach 3 Beach three was very uneventful we saw a light house and the ocean nothing else though.
10. Scenic drive
– The scenic drive was one of the scariest drives of my life. In fact every time we turned a corner my dad exclaimed Holy S*** eventually we stopped at a overlook and had dinner. We have yet to finish the drive. Wish us luck.
