This summer every week I will do a food video. This week I made infused water popsicle. This popsicle is healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons of Sugar
- 2 Cups of water
- 20 Strawberries
- 2 limes
- 1 Cup of ice
Supplies:
- 1 Knife
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Small sauce pan
- 2 Cup liquid measuring cup
- 3 Cup liquid measuring cup
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Sifter
Step 1: Dissolve your sugar in boiling stirring occasionally with a spatula, and cut or prepare your fruit.
Step 2: Let your water cool and your fruit or vegetables it. Add your ice and stir every 10 minutes for half an hour.
Step 3: Drain infused water into the saucepan and
Step 4: Add fruit to two popsicle mold and fill overnight.
Step 5: Enjoy.

This is so fun! I’ve never thought of using lime zest, so that was interesting, and I also liked all the extra information you added as you were making the popsicles. But best of all was the evaluation! I love it that it wasn’t “scripted,” which made it seem much more believable. On TV cooking shows the cook obviously knows the food will turn out perfectly, but you make it clear you’re being honest and even give suggestions for next time. This sets your blog apart from others I’ve seen. I’m excited for the next installment!
One more thing…Ellie, I like the way you’re honest in your evaluation but obviously still supportive. And the camera work does a great job of showing just what we need to see to understand. the recipe. That’s two more things, but oh well!
