Cow 7

Today we hiked 8 miles, in Arches National Park.(My favorite NP.) It was the fastest 8 miles we have ever hiked. At least I think it was. We started at a downhill, which meant ending on uphill. We went about 0.1 miles before we saw our first arch of the hike. 1 of the arches that we saw on the side in the rock. The second we saw we could go under but that was off the trail so we only went a little far out. Then we went to the Perimative trail and started our 8 mile hike. We saw desert deer at one point, they were eating a lot. We found the spot where we crossed the river of the flash flood. There were a lot of bugs. It was really hot! I relized that if you bookedeep moving that you will get there quicker. I liked Rabbit Trap Arch because it was so small. We hiked on the rock most of the time. It was most hard to walk on the fin because there was a good view and I was distracted. After we left the park we drove for 5 hours and entered Great Basin NP. We were supposed to camp tonight but due to the Snake valley Festival there are no spots left so we booked a hotel. I ate a burger for dinner. Now we are driving another hour to the hotel. Good-bye. #IHikeforCalimari.
