Whew! Another amazing day is in the books!
It included:
- A police chase with Capitol Police and a women that ended with shots being fired and police running past us with guns drawn.
- Sitting in the actual Supreme Court during an actual hearing. We saw all the justices. Inspiring.
- An awesome cobb salad for lunch.
- The Holocaust Museum. Moving beyond words.
- Dinner with my mom’s cousin and her husband in their lovely home in McLean. (Making it the first time the girls have ever been to Virginia.)
- A late night visit to the Vietnam and Lincoln Memorials.
