This morning was like every other morning; we woke up, had breakfast, and got on the road.
On the road we made one stop that was not planned. We went to a natural bridges place and did the little walk that they had. The place was very cool though, it was unlike anything I had ever seen. Instead of being formed by the river it was formed by lava and water. It was also different because the water was 100% there then it disappeared then was all there again. I think. Don’t quote me on anything. Instead visit yourself.
After the hourish long ride we arrived at Crater Lake. We went to the visitors center because we did not have any plans because of the snow. The ranger suggested a two mile hike and a six mile hike.
We decided to do the 2 mile hike today and save the six mile hike for tomorrow.
The hike today was very pretty and so was the lake. The lake was the bluest I have ever seen. We also got to see wizard island which was cool.
After that little hike we went to the fancy lobby where we had snacks, played games, and lost at Scrabble. It was unfair. I only got 12 points for the word pennies and my dad got 30 points for the word nix. I don’t even think that that is a word.
For dinner we got really fancy and had brats at the Cafe.
