For this video, I made mini bagel french toast with caramelized peaches. I don’t have an exact recipe so the measurements will be my best guess add more or less as needed. Also, you don’t have to use peaches you can use any fruit.
Ingredients:
French Toast:
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of milk
- ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
4 .1 tablespoon of vanilla
- Slice of butter
- 2 Bagels
Supplies:
- medium Bowl
- whisk
- medium pan
Directions:
- Mix together egg, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla in a medium Bowl. Whisk together thoroughly.
- Cut Bagels into 4ths
- Put the butter into the pan.
- Dip bagels into batter and place in pan
- Stir around until golden-brown or toasted
- Place in small pan on low heat and stir around every couple minutes
Peaches:
- ½ tablespoon of butter
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons of brown sugar
- One peach
- ½ Tablespoon of Vanilla
Supplies:
- Medium Pan
- Spatula
- Tablespoon
- Spoon
Directions:
- Dice the Peaches.
- Place in pan with butter.
- Add the Brown Sugar, Vanilla, and Cinnamon to the pan.
- Stir around with Spatula until hot and caramel has formed.
In the End:
Combine everything onto a plate and enjoy!
