Day we had a seven hour drive. I did set my alarm for 8 ish then got ready and fished packing a few things. We had to wait until 9:30 to leave because we had to drop-off two books at the library and pick up a new one. We also stopped at abc to get breakfast burritos. Nwxt we stopped in Durango we lost our water filter and needed a new onebefore backpacking tomorrow. Then we drove. And drove. And drove. At about 1 we stopped for the bathroom. Made dad had made sandwitchs. Mine had provolone and salami. A few hours later we made it to grand lake. We bought some new hats and mittens because we forgot ours in Illinois. We are at dinner in a BBQ restaurant now. Tomorrow we start a 2 night 3 day backpacking trip. I will right every night but I am not sure if I will be able to post!
